We want you to feel grounded and comfortable in your Earth Runners, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn sandals in their original condition. If your sandals haven't hit the trail yet and you need a different size or style, we are here to help you find your perfect fit.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your sandals are in brand new, unworn condition with all original tags and packaging still intact within 30 days of delivery.

• 2.
  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your sandals in their original box, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
